Kirkland Cottages
These three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 1,700 sf homes are located in a walkable neighborhood close to downtown Kirkland. The overall design of this cottage home community balances shared walkways and landscaping while addressing privacy for individual cottages. In keeping with the surrounding community, each cottage is two-stories and designed with modern stylizing of a craftsman look with wood accents, stone cladding, traditional trims and private attached patios and one-car garages.

Clara Apartments
Located immediately north of the University of Washington, these SEDU’s provide student-oriented housing within walking distance of the Seattle campus. Resident amenities include a welcoming, landscaped entry courtyard facing 19th Avenue NE, common areas both interior and exterior with decks and patios, secure bike parking, in-building laundry, and private storage units. The project is proposed as Built Green 4-Star construction. This project was completed in fall 2022.

The Bothell Townhomes project is five-unit townhome project located in the developing downtown subarea. The townhomes will feature three and four-bedroom configurations with large open-floor living areas, attached garages with private roof decks, and modern aesthetics and materials both inside and out. The project will feature sustainable design solutions such as on-site rainwater infiltration and high-efficiency water heaters.

The Lake View Townhomes are new construction and located just south of Martha Lake in the City of Lynnwood. The project features large living areas, 3 bedrooms, and attached 2-car garages. The project will offer Energy Star-rated appliances and other green features. Lake View Townhomes is under construction and targeted for completion in early 2024.

The Ridge 59 Townhomes are new construction and feature redevelopment of an existing steeply sloped site in the City of Bothell. The project features three primary unit types, many with private roof decks and all with 3 bedrooms, large living areas and kitchens, and attached garages. Project will offer Energy Star-rated appliances and other green features. Ridge 59 was completed in fall 2024.
