3. Design & Entitlements
Develop the project program, architectural design, and permit package. Navigate city review with an integrated team that knows what's buildable.
4. Permitting & Approvals
Manage the permit process proactively. Anticipate agency comments, respond quickly, and keep the project moving toward a construction start.
5. Build & Deliver
Execute construction with our in-house GC capability. Deliver a finished project that matches the design intent and the underwriting assumptions
